Before your first visit to Active Zone!

1. Install the Active Zone app: You can find the Active Zone app in the Google Play and Apple Store. This app will be essential to use the full features of Active Zone clubs.

2. Click “Become a Club Member”. Select a convenient Active Zone facility location and confirm by clicking “Continue”. Then, as your pass choice, select Active Zone | Medicover Sport Starter and click “buy pass”.

3. In the next step in the Active Zone app, fill in the required data.

Before entering the Active Zone club, you must generate a QR code in the Medicover Sport app and scan it with the reader located on the turnstile.

Exiting the Active Zone club requires re-generating a QR code in the Medicover Sport app. Then the code must be scanned with the reader located on the turnstile.

NOTE! Registration requires up to one day for account configuration. Therefore, we recommend performing it at least 1 day before the planned visit.
